Wow, more dilution coming. I see PURA had to raise the share authorization to make sure they have enough shares in reserve to accommodate toxic convertible financing and dilution. Once they filed their unaudited financials, they were again free to dilute, with investors not knowing about it (TA is gagged) until the next financials.
