I think they'll heavily promote VPOR/SF and Simple Cork vis-a-vis RCGR (SpinCo) once the split is successfully completed with the S-1 registration, and you are spot on with their SF shares that will be issued SpinCo shares, however VPOR execs have to complete the purchase agreement with SF prior to the registration in order to take advantage of the share issuance in SpinCo. No amendment has been filed yet on the FL SOS site, so they're either abandoning SF, or will go through within the next couple of weeks.

You are also correct about the name and symbol change. They'll probably also uplist to QB at some point in the future if they can reclaim and maintain .01 price test after the impending pps decline.

If I were Yaniv, I'd take advantage of one of our subs like VGR Media and incorporate Cryptocurrency services into that subsidiary and tie it into the MMJ sector.

One of my other tickers just invested $500k in crypto ATM's that will be serving the marijuana industry. I see a lot of similarities to when all the mining companies were turning into Marijuana businesses around the same time in 2013-2014 -- this new industry seems to be on the same track in regards to potentially huge upside. They can take advantage of the hype behind both sectors (MMJ and Crypto) if they can find a smidgen of creativity by incorporating it into the MMJ sector.
