I hope someone comes up with a more line by line instructional of how to do the advfn coin thing. Because these instructions are very limited and sparse and assume people know all about using the interfaces. Nothing explains basic things like, does one have to have a wallet open to mine, is the plus one runme file hooking up with the plusone online account? Do you HAVE to type in the console to begin mining using the plus1 wallet miner app?
Is there some manual yet about this program.
When you type in 1000 -1, what does that mean? Does it only go through 1000 tries and stops? What does -1 actually mean?
Instructions ought to have examples you can copy paste like generate 100 -1, not <generate>-subject-nblocks times -4. Who the hell can decipher that.

If I close the wallet, am I still mining? And how does one know this? Perhaps because it's so new that the instructions are so dry and technical, but there needs to be an English version in outline form, almost step by step to get the thing running AND what you should be seeing in other parts of the program.

I'm going to run what I think is correctly working tonight and see what happens. One thing I'm not sure is addressed is there are port scanners out there every second and mining opens a number of ports, so are we protected from outside attacks?
The program itself claims be careful using the console as hackers have already figured out how to enter that space.
