Can of worms - Anyone? If you can answer would help as this is the 1st Canadian Stock I've ever invested in until following BullRun

Okay here's my question / questions

This Private Placement is different from any other they have Placed

The 4 Month 1 Day Hold doesn't seem to affect this Placement

Gives a rule 45-102 and states that a date has to be set unless a few rules apply

Here's the 1st question and tell me this doesn't apply here or should I say this does apply here

No unusual effort is made to prepare the market or to create a demand for the security that is the subject of the trade.

Short - Short - 10M shares

2nd question - Does anyone know the (2) in the Caymand Islands that bought 3.4M shares - (1) other bought in Vancouver, BC Bought the add-on 850K shares - So (3) bought 4.25M of the 4.85M Placement - Any know these Investors

Looking to the Caymand Islands (2) - Their filings of "SC 13G forms", and not for Cannabix yet because it hasn't closed yet but Money is do tomorrow December 7th and then it should close but these (2) seem to be Holders of many Pot Stocks - Close to $100M worth of 30 some stocks - I believe looking into them that they'll be with us for a while

JMO - Shorts are the Old Warrant Holders - Some are the same in this New Placement but almost everyone is 22,000 shares

3rd Question - Anyone try to buy Private Placement?

4th Question and were you held to 22,000 share limit?

5th Question - Same as the 1st - Is there a Hold or Not per Rule 45-102
