Prove that something didn’t happen? You know that’s not how things work. Management took over the shell. This is in the older filings. The company was not bought out. Believe whatever you want. I don’t need you to believe me. You are not investing my money. I will admit I think it won’t stay below .01 for long or management loses too much financing. Buy all you want and hold as long as you want. Most of what I own now were bought under .01 and I can guarantee when it takes off I will sell them all.
