$IDGC-This is a very important point to me. I usually buy long-term and evaluate the situation. The news is filled infinite possibility an some to catch the stock coming an going. That I'm big on building a solid portfolio with good earnings and hopefully increasing shareholder earnings.

The decision to increase our positions was made due to extensive due diligence including reviewing. As there's more to the picture than meets the eye.
