I understand exactly how the OTC works...

That's why I know that this is a scam, as by your own words of saying that 99% of stocks on this OTC pink board are scams.

This is a scam.

If this wasn't a scam, like a PLUG that came off the OTC, and is now a viable business, and trades like a viable business, this would be in the same category as a PLUG.

But that's not what we see here is it...
