Its worth mentioning, if you want to read up on this, the whole GIGA thing is an ICO, in truth its a lot more than just that, but it is an ICO at heart.

The whole point of an ICO is to raise funds without needing to either go out to Venture Capitalsts or selling shares and diluting company value.

Remember 80-90% is owned by insiders (closer to 90%), an VC / share dilution would cost them more than anyone. The ICO is a brilliant solution to get the working capital without selling out the value.
