They already reached a settlement, so it's not like the creditor can go back and renegotiate for cash. It's in the best interest of a creditor for Vapor Group to go on operating as usual since the only way they can recoup their investment is in company shares. If for some reason unbeknownst to us VPOR goes BK in the future the investor will end up with next to nothing as preferred shares owned by executives and insiders have the highest claim and are entitled to be paid first from any sale of company assets.

Dror is definitely a crooked nail, and screwed over a boat load of investors over the years, but he has never come close to losing a ticker to bankruptcy. Not saying it can't happen, but they've survived owing multi-millions in debt (2014-2016) because there's always investors willing to gamble.
