PRHL is NOT going to revert to their already horrendously low mean price without a compensatory improvement in value. I think the unscrupulous Randall is the real problem here as HE allowed the unscrupulous auditing firm in. There's something else underneath the covers here. And now for the big question: WHERE IS VALUE DEFINED FROM HERE?
