No, it's a run-up into the news event of the release of clinical trial results that are widely expected to be positive. This stock is rallying due to buying from people who have been watching it, and want to be invested when those results are released in the next several days. Then at that point... if results are, indeed, good, expect a MUCH larger share price spike!!!

A "blow off top" happens in a stock after some good news event gets fully absorbed into share price. In the case of IPIX, we're waiting for that event.
