I find this very concerning since the reason I bought this stock a few days ago at 1.85 was because of a national newsletter promotion.

Now I see insider selling and information regarding a past promotion a year ago.

I just rode it up one dollar and traded two times in two days myself. Was going to jump back in today but I think I will let it cool off a little while as my excitement for the stock has waned!
