I'm still waiting - want to give any shot in the dark as to what those "things changing" are? I have yet to see a "risk" posted here that is legitimate and has not already been dispelled (dilution, notes payable being due, accrued expenses, cross appeal, 101, CAFC). Pretty much the only legitimate legal risk I have seen here is the judges being anti-patent. That's literally the first risk everyone understands when investing in patent plays. I can't believe someone would actually type those words out and think they were saying something groundbreaking. What's next? Patent infringement cases lose more than they win? GROUNDBREAKING! You'll probably ignore this post as well and continue posting about how WDDD is heading to .02 without any objective evidence or reason why. Just as you have all along.

So to that I say....I welcome your opinion! WDDD to .02 for no reason!

FYI - an investment mistake is only a mistake when one has lost money. Another assumption you make is that I have lost money in WDDD (as your post was directed at me). I have not.
