i was someone who said that many weeks ago. but i also thought he could buy up to 9.99% of the O/S before the fin's come out, which would be 49,999,999 shares, and he could still be fine. then buy the rest after the fin's come out. I'm pretty sure this is something w. buffet has done many times.

however, someone pointed out that, unless the audit is substantially different from the proforma/unaudited, he can buy all he wants, as the info has already been released.
