So WHEN the news of the successful clinical trial is released within the next two weeks, THEN a determination can be made what to do after we see the market's reaction. And if the results are good or great, share price will likely GO THROUGH THE ROOF!

So the absolute stupidest thing to do would be to sell shares here, today, or this week. Nobody with any trading sense would trade a few pennies of short term profit for the chance for multiple DOLLARS of profit in the near to medium term. Nobody.
