we can all agree that equity investors dont want their ownership diluted. I would say that's pretty obvious.
If i had to guess, I think most noteholders were bought out in multiples of their .0005 share price which means no converting. I could see some small holdouts that maybe didn't get bought out but that should lead to minimal conversions. there was very minimal converting throughout November when some people on this board thought there would be enormous conversions.
If i am wrong about my guess, then I would rather the can be kicked down the road where it can be taken care of when revenues start rolling in to take care of the convertible debt.
