Check this out!! PROOF OF CONTRACT till 12/31/18
It seems pretty clear that a contract for license to sell these products - and various sub licenses have been set up and still effective. The contract doesn't expire until 12/31/18. As well/ check our recent news where they just produced a ton of product set for 1/1 delivery to the recreational MJ market in Cali.
