If my prediction comes to pass that Fulin (or RioTinto or GSR/Nissan/WML or another Fulin-like Chinese Major Conglomerate) steps into this Maricunga NewCo JV and gobbles up a 40%-plus share in the JV then cash-strapped LPI (and decimated reamed-out shareholders at LPI) is going to be the first puppy to rollover with their belly up and sell some of their JV shares (hopefully an 18.5% JV share) to the new major 4th partner to refill the treasury back home in Australia.

And better them than us... as I have always said in similar times past.
