Far from being a dead horse, PTOI will fly with the signing of any definitive agreement, even for one or two machines.

I've seen too many stocks in this range that have exploded upward when least expected.

If it were at .003 or .0003 you might be right, but not at 3-4 cents.

What Heddle is actually working on nobody knows for sure, but he has brought two new board members onto the company and announced there will be an AGM sometime early next year.

Now we await the prospectus and further news
