So last year in Nov.2016 he announced His Shares would be retired in the next filings And they weren’t (See Folks no Jail time for a little White Lie ) ...Shares we’re almost exactly at 3 Billion back then..Now they are at least 4 Billion and no guarantee that those Boomerang Shares Of 1.5 Billion will be Retired in this Filing ...WOW ..Something Stinks here...
