Getting back to WSGF basics.

Years ago the Company was involved in the Greenfield Program. Philip M Verges was a collaborator in the endeavor. There was additional assistance available in the Small Equity Initiative, Inc.

Well, times have changed and in this period it is all about understanding frontier and emerging markets. Today, it is essential a company utilize Frontier Market Investment Research (FMIR) and asset management.

Newmarket Technology, China Crescent, et al., could have benefited from the new paradigm but, sadly the verbiage was not available then.

What was available was The Small Equity Initiative which was utilized by the U.S State Department, the Academy For Educational Development (AED) the Commonwealth Telecom Organization (CTO).  The Small Equity Initiative has also worked with various government agencies in Kenya, China, Chile, Mexico, Panama, and Vietnam.

The only downside to the Small Equity Initiative, it did not work for small businesses in the United States of America. This is just a viewpoint and can be challenge. However, hard facts do not lie.
