As much as I want to believe what you are saying, and once thought the same thing you are saying, but how often do you see a management team in the OTC who can't find there way out of a press release paper bag? My faith is dwindling on them because they don't know how and when to put the news out. Who puts a PR out at 6:30 at night announcing no RS and doesn't even hit all the news outlets. You and I both know the OTC needs news and lots of it.

And, no, the other is not a P&D. It's a legit company that usually trades exponentially higher.
