etrade will do it fro $150 + other potential costs from TA and for opinion letter. or they directed me to and I quote, "As an alternative, you can also contact the transfer agent or Pura and request them to remove the restriction and provide you with a legal opinion letter on the shares."
what are the chances PURA or the TA will play ball on all these?
