Anyone that follows my postings understand that I never tell anyone to sell - I expose scams and always tell them to play the price action and take profits.

I never predict prices.

But Cellucci lost all credibility when he aligned himself with Mersky.

The investment community understands knows that Mersky is in the share selling business not building a business.

And the more I research Cellucci - the more I find that clearly shows he isn't building a business.

Real companies don't use toxic financing or do multiple reverse splits.

Cellucci is a self promoter that has duped noobie investors into thinking he is a great CEO.
