Apparently. No he's definitely not the CEO just owns a considerable stake due to his market making firm.
Like I said, they typically load up months before as much as they possibly can at the bottom floor. Usually they don't like to own more than 5% bc of the required SEC 13d form, but I think in the case of $WOFA they didn't have much of an option bc the SS is so small.
