There's no way to value this company anywhere near $5.50/share. This company is taking on incredible debt with no way to make money except borrow, sell shares cheap, or sell property. There is still only one tenant signed up for this Massachusetts dream. What's in the pipeline after that? I guess I must have read a different 10K filing.
