That would be a material event that would have to be disclosed in a pr and filings once both parties have completed all due diligence and transactions outlined in their agreement. He cant speak on the deal right now even if its going to happen, even if he wanted to...im pretty sure they have a non-disclosure agreement until all discussions and agreements are finalized. SVTE
