How could they be? The company doesn’t even exist in SAM (System for Award Management), no DUNS#, no cage code.............NOTHING!

It’s cracking me up that people think just anyone or any entity can bid on and be awarded government contracts.

Do you really think that these companies have “state of the art, cutting edge technology”, did you see the rendering supposedly from DarkPulse?
