They're made put of medical grade plastic or 5mil poly or whatever. I bought some when I first invested about a year ago and still have and use them. They work really well, I've never had an issue. I've also gotten a bunch and gave them to people who would use them all of which love the Medtainer and have replaced their metal or steel grinders with them.
