$ONCS I'm wondering if the pps wasn't brought down, i.e., manipulated, for loading purposes. I've seen a large number of transactions for 100-500, and more, shares. I believe these are large orders that, if they weren't broken down, would spook the market. I've seen them in previous days, too, but, for some reason, loading is occurring in the 1.90s, today. Tomorrow, the loading could be somewhere else, perhaps.
