And the Simple Cork, which was under VPOR, is now being bought by this company along with a nice chunk of the debt in VPOR. VPOR has a tremendous amount of debt on notes and interest so losing that will hopefully help that ticker in the long run also.

I am from that board and been holding that stock now for a couple of months. These free shares are at least something for us.
