$100M in loans means $6M in interest. Every year. And they have to pay it back.

They have to sell stock for book value +. TRW or CA, or SIAF even. That's how you create shareholder value. That's how you can grow. They are running this company backwards. Didn't Little Dan say that we have investors lined up for TRW?

So now we have a 1-2 year delay because they are chasing these loans.
I say, fire them both.
