Oh I get it.
And yes WDDD is getting all of the stuff out of the way BEFORE District court, and when we get to district court it will put WDDD in a much better position with all of this in place before hand only will strengthen the case once we get to district court.
Being able to lay all of it out in front of CAsper and a Jury of people who may not get the intricacies, but sure can understand all of the court stuff wddd has already ran through and survived.
