There is no one in charge. Fred has happily moved on and is doing his thing and those who perhaps contemplated some type of corporate takeover have slept on the idea and realized that the costs and liabilities associated therewith, in particular, legal fees and accounting fees, greatly outweigh any potential return. Sometimes a good night's sleep will cause one to see things more clearly.

The Trustee and Judge did no one any favors.

At some point the SEC will step in and trading of the zombie will cease.
