BahaMar's unfortunate financial difficulties and their bankruptcy was what caused the delay, and the current hold on that project, until the resort fully opens. If you read the research report, which is distributed to the investing public to increase attention (and yes ultimately company valuation) and awareness to OTE, the company and OTEC, the technology, you will see that OTE completed a feasibility study for USVI (OTE's Testimony to Legislature of the USVI and is progressing that project towards a contract, as well as proposals submitted to the US Government and a major Defense Contractor for OTEC and/or SWAC plants for Guam, Diego Garcia, and other Military Bases in the Asia Pacific region. I'm sure they are aware of the need for contracts to grow the business and commercialize OTEC (SWAC already commercialized) and i would think that is the sole focus of the company.
