There are 4 items listed to remove the CE.
1. PR to shareholders explaining situation of 3rd party promo and resulting CE - CHECK

2. Must be Pink Current - CHECK

3. Must have Verified Company Profile on OTC - CHECK

4. Must wait 30 days - from 11/6!!! Almost there!

Where does it say they need to do anything else??? Sorry, they don't. End of story.
