In comparison we have night and day liquidity here compared to the other one. There's so few shares there that it becomes almost impossible to trade without getting trapped. That's a huge drawback as traders aren't going to be paying a 50% premium (bid/ask spread) to buy shares that are obviously controlled by insiders.

As my friend on the other board mentioned that there is such a thing as too low of a float where it's simply not tradable.

IMO there's a lot of soaking up of shares on this end of the pond, so Dror's family/friends seem to be putting majority of their eggs in the VPOR basket, and if you think about it, it makes perfect sense. Why bother fighting for premium shares when RCGR is going to have their OS blown up by our divy shares, plus end up with a bunch of our debt...so all family and friends need to do is simply play the pump by paying a fraction here and be issued free shares there.

Dror will still pump both tickers at some point because he's greedy, but not before it's due time, and that means he'll need liquidity there -- and in order to have liquidity he'll need to restructure the SS first so it becomes easier to trade by having more shares in the public float.

There needs to be at least ~40-50M shares there to get a decent turn over, and that's when I'd seriously start looking into entry. Makes sense?

I think this is the most positive I've been since that silly Q-2 report LOL.
