Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the purpose of these markets so that companies can issue stock for company financing? If so than why are we complaining about the issuance of stock? Doesn't Amazon operate at a near loss with billions of shares available? Isn't Amazon trading higher than a thousand dollars? Don't understand why anyone would not want a company to use the markets for what they were designed for. Please explain.
