Yes, of course it's concerning, because another company essentially accused him of slacking off, getting paid to do nothing, and then using their coffers as his own personal piggy bank. Is it believable? I don't know. Other than the symbol, BLXX, I'm not very familiar with Blox, Inc.
Regarding the lawsuit.. interesting, but I'm not convinced they have a strong case. It sounds as if Blox, Inc. is essentially suing him for over promising and under delivering.. or outright failing to achieve anything they had hoped. "We felt you didn't do anything and we don't like that you failed" isn't going to amount to much in a court of law though. Then there's this:

So they're alleging embezzlement, by the sound of it?
