No, companies that have no more than 5-6 Million Shares Outstanding for every $1 Million in revenues is usually a good guide to start with! Anything more than that and you face the real potential of a sub penny stock! Anything approaching One BILLION SHARES and it usually (not always) means trips ($0.000s) are not to far behind!!
