My assumption is that they get the loan do a bunch of blah blah blah for the first quarter 2018 maybe second. Pump the F out of it third quarter maybe second. Then massive RS then dilution starts 12-18 months from now. THEY WILL NOT pay back this loan. They will crush the pps but need the pps to be high enough to dilute into it. That is a massive loan.
