compliance means filing timely reports. this is not a delinquency issue.

because of questions that have arisen regarding the accuracy and adequacy of publicly
disseminated information in press releases, earnings calls and interviews with company
management since at least August 21, 2017 concerning Atlas’s recent growth and business
agreements.



that is not compliance. that is the sec saying they don't believe the company.
