OTCmarkets.com (Company Profile page) reflects the Authorized Shares as of November 1, 2017. Normally, when we get past the first of the month it reflects the current number of Authorized Shares (which now would be Dec. 1, 2017) instead of the number of Authorized Shares from 30 days ago.

I wonder why the number isn't current. I wonder if the number of authorized shares as of December 1, 2017 is still 3 Billion, or less than 3 Billion, or more than 3 Billion?
