According to the 8K filling from 11/28, there were 9,387,588 OS that day, but based on the increased trading volume since then, you can easily assume that by now we should *at least* be around 30-35 million OS, even if we end up with 50+ million shares after Maxim runs out, the company's market cap will not be higher than what it was on Friday 11/03. Plus after dilution is done, the Co. will be debt free and that will need to be factored for the new valuation, at that time big money will realize the share's undervaluation and you could see the stock go up 100-300% in 1-2 days.
