DDB, are you sure it wasn't a .13 um Athlon 64 w/ 256KB L2?

I'd estimate that at 151 mm^2 presuming cache density on Opteron is the same as with the Barton (I've heard it might be less dense which if true would mean < 151). It also seems to fall roughly in your error margin. Also that would be more logical to display without name (unannounced product coming soon in maybe a slightly different way).

Yes I know Athlon 64 will come with 1MB and 512KB L2 but original plans were I believe for 256KB also...

I mean how can you see the wafer holds 90 nm dies?
