Eddy why don’t they forward split the shares to take advantage of there market position. I know the number of shares outstanding are high but it will allow them to lower the par value of the stock and take on a much greater spread too eleminate the bad credit owing to the preferred share holders. That’s where my money is on the preferred shares. Spread is not definitive enough between the two offerings.
