If it hasn't been paid. That note is definitely in limbo. They went dark right after saying they were paying the note in cash not shares so we don't know if they executed the pay off or not. Hopefully that was one of the last things they did before handing it off. It wouldn't be ideal if it does convert but it shouldn't be a ton of shares.
