LPI is jettisoning some of its deadwood/flotsam Click here on a sale for $4M. In theory if they could just scrape together another $3.5M then they could buy the last 13.8% share in the NewCo JV and finally finally once-and-for-all own the 50% share in the Chilean partnership they have always dreamed of having... but do currently brag (when no one is fact-checking) they already own, tsk tsk.
