Maybe they thought they would get the 20% spread action they got 11 months ago when they released that same PR.

Jan 12 2017 0.395 to 0.47 on that same PR.

If THIS is the kind of desperate measures that are being taken by management in an attempt to promote this stock, in lieu of REAL news on the unfunded P3 or undisclosed rose data or the upcoming CURE PERIOD REVIEW in jan to see if they stay NYSE listed OR the APPROVED up to 1 for 25 r/s in Jan, look out.
