re: cgra bond----most may not be aware that most countries do not even know about the "internet" much less how to use it to find info on investments.further,US bonds are rated from AAA down to junk bond status-----ALL "non-US" bonds are rated "pretend"----yes,pretend,as only US bonds are valid.Hope this helps.
